New Students and Families - Get your Chromebook and KIPP NYC Login!

New students can pick up their KIPP NYC Chromebooks and KIPP NYC logins directly from their school campuses. Please reach out to the Director of Operations at your schools with any questions.

Sign into your KIPP Chromebook

To use the Chromebook, simply have your student log in using the Clever Badge (grades K-4) or the username/password (grades 5-12) below. For 5-12, type the entire username in the username field, including the @kippnycstudents.org domain name.

Launch Canvas through Clever

Visit the Clever portal and launch the new Canvas Learning Management System.

Login to Zoom

Students in all grades can log into KIPP NYC Zoom by clicking on the Zoom icon on their Chromebook and enter their username and password.



To connect with teachers for live video conferences, and learning sessions, follow the steps in this video.

The example below shows the process when using a Chromebook. Regardless of what device you use, you’ll use your KIPP student email to login to each service.


Students have access to Clever and Google Apps For Education to log into key learning programs. If your child is having trouble logging in to Clever or Google Apps For Education to complete school work, submit a ticket here. Please include your child’s full name and his or her home room teacher name to help us identify the student.
