At KIPP Freedom Elementary in the Bronx, we believe every child deserves the chance to learn, grow, and dream big. Each day begins with a warm welcome and morning meeting, building a safe, supportive space where our “Freedom Fighters” feel seen and valued. Students dive into rich academics—reading, math, and science five days a week—while also exploring their creativity through art, music, and movement. With a dedicated social-emotional support team and strong partnerships with families, we work together to ensure every child develops the confidence, curiosity, and skills to thrive in middle school, high school, college, and beyond.
What sets us apart is our daily science program and exciting specials like Tae-Kwon-Do, ethnic studies, art, and music. Paired with hands-on learning, robotics, and vibrant cultural family events, we create a joyful, inclusive community where every child is empowered to grow and lead with confidence. We deeply value our partnerships with families and see them as essential to each child’s success.

Enrichment programs and clubs let students explore passions and develop leadership skills.
KIPP Freedom collaborates with Global Kids to provide an after-school program on weekdays from dismissal until 6pm, offering homework support and a variety of enrichment and activity options for students.
