Leadership Council - KIPP NYC

Leadership Council

The KIPP NYC Leadership Council is a curated group of mid-level professionals who represent KIPP students’ cultural identities and professional aspirations. Based in New York City, we support KIPP NYC through operational, financial and volunteer endeavors that engage members with the greater KIPP community. We are advocates for KIPP’s mission and for ensuring every student leaves KIPP with the skills and confidence to pursue the paths they choose – college, career, and beyond.

Leadership Council Responsibilities

Each member is part of one of three working groups within the Council: External community, Internal community and Fundraising. Each working group is responsible for various activities that ladder up to drive KIPP’s mission, strategy, metrics and accountability of the Leadership Council.
